Ramadan: The Saudian crescent committee sets to view the new-moon but they were not able to sight it. Arab regions will have their fasting on 7th May.
The month of ‘Birrah’:
Globally Muslims follow a lunate schedule and the events are in accordance to positions of the new-moon and lunate schedule, this cycle stands on the 9th number of the Muslim calendar and is one of the pillars of Islam.
Muslims wait for the entire year for Ramadan because it is a true month of Birrah, around 1.5-billion mark for this month for the infinite blessings. They keep their selves away from evil sights, try not to harm others by hands or words.
Muslims believe that the Quran Kareem was unveiled on Prophet SAWW in the month of ‘Birrah’.
Until Dusk people are also prohibited to eat and drink and likewise keep their selves from terrible deeds.
Ramadan’s not only about keeping fast but about following commanding rules of ALLAH SWT and keeping the discipline. This holy month long for 29-30 days.
Physically unstable people are free from fasting children underage are also free from fasting.
Hopefully, in the Arab region, the holy month of Birrah will start from 6th May and in India and Pakistan, the first fast will be on 7th May.
Eid-ul-Fitr a great reward:
After a hardship of 29 or 30 Muslims follow the event Eid-ul-Fitr, this day people from far away get along with their friends and family.
Men and children visit mosques to offer Eid-ul-Fitr pray and return to their homes greeting everyone a Happy Eid. Continental dishes like Sheer Khurma is prepared to taste the sweetness of Eid.
People go out on picnics and spend quality period with their beloved ones. Eid-ul-Fitr lasts for 3 days. Senior offer eidi to the younger.
